Aidan Roberts

Aidan completed his BHK from the University of Windsor. As a junior sport scientist and strength coach, his MHK involves investigating adaptations in musculoskeletal performance in U-Sport football players under the supervision of Dr. Andrew Perrotta. Aidan's research focuses on utilizing velocity-based training methods to enhance athletic performance. With four years of practical experience in the Lancers Football program, Aidan brings a wealth of firsthand expertise to his research endeavors. Additionally, Aidan is a certified strength and conditioning specialist, bearing testament to his passion and knowledge of strength and conditioning, and sport science.
