Aidan Roberts

Aidan completed his BHK from the University of Windsor. As a junior sport scientist and strength coach, his MHK involves investigating adaptations in musculoskeletal performance in U-Sport football players under the supervision of Dr. Andrew Perrotta. Aidan's research focuses on utilizing velocity-based training methods to enhance athletic performance. With four years of practical experience in the Lancers Football program, Aidan brings a wealth of firsthand expertise to his research endeavors. Additionally, Aidan is working towards obtaining his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification, furthering his qualifications in the fields of sports science and coaching.
